talents of an architect and the practical viewpoint of a contractor. Claudia has held three owner positions; Vice President

Corporation and Director of Planning, Design and Construction for NYNEX Properties Company. In her role of Vice President

store shops for all company divisions and licensees, both domestic and international, state and facilities activities for
the corporate staff. As Director of Facilities for NYNEX Corp., Claudia directed all real and unregulated subsidiary locations. As a Director
for NYNEX Properties, she supervised all design and construction activities within the New York Region and across the country.
In all her owner positions Claudia's organizations provided design and management services through in-house staff and the
use of outside design firms. She has a clear understanding of the client's needs and perspective, as well as the architects
responsibilities and level of commitment required. As an architect, Claudia has worked for several design firms in the New York area as a designer and project manager for
both corporate interiors and commercial projects. As the Vice President of Interiors for Design Collaborative, Inc. of
White Plains, Claudia supervised all projects from inception through construction. She has personally designed and
managed projects up to 360,000 square feet. Claudia brings to EDA the experience and understanding of a general contractor. As Director of Program Management for
