Esposito Design Associates employs the highest caliber of licensed architects and design professionals. Our staff is a combination of seasoned architects, designers and project managers. Each brings a varied array of experiences and knowledge to our clients and projects. EDA utilizes these unique perspectives and experiences to our client’s advantage and benefit.


BARRY ESPOSITO
Principal
As Principal and Owner of
Esposito Design Associates, Inc. (EDA) Mr. Esposito has built his reputation on strong relationships and repeat clients, always focusing on customer service and design integrity. Barry has been called “the catalyst” to making a deal happen. His extensive working knowledge of the areas buildings and owners has made many projects a budget and time reality.

Prior to forming EDA, Mr. Esposito was a Partner with an architectural interiors design firm in Stamford, CT. As Principal-in-charge of Operations for over fifteen years, Mr. Esposito managed and supervised a staff of thirty architects and designers. His extensive knowledge and expertise in project management, cost estimating, scheduling, landlord workletter analysis and evaluations, contract administration and the integration of client data and communications requirements were the elements that contributed to the success of that firm and now his own. Mr. Esposito’s past clients include Fortune 500 companies and some of the areas major tenants and Owners. Mr. Esposito is a graduate of the Chester Institute of Technology from the School of Architecture.


CLAUDIA E. LUBIN - ESPOSITO
Principal
With over twenty five years experience in the design, construction and real estate arena, Mrs. Lubin-Esposito brings to EDA a unique blend of skills, knowledge and experiences. During her career, Claudia has been a team member as an architect, contractor and owner, designing and managing a broad range of commercial real estate projects including corporate office interiors, office buildings, retail stores and a variety of support areas.

Through her varied experiences and positions, Claudia brings to EDA a clear understanding of the client’s needs as well as a commitment to design integrity, functionality and budgetary constraints. Claudia received her Bachelors of Architecture and Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design and has held senior level positions with NYNEX Corporation, Calvin Klein, Turner Construction and Design Collaborative.

Claudia’s previous experience as a client and owner, provides her with a unique and useful perspective of the corporate budgetary process and the client point of view.


MICHAEL SANCHIRICO
Principal
Michael brings to EDA an extensive knowledge of corporate interiors from several view points. His experience includes all phases of a project from programming, space planning and design, to construction documents and administration. His past projects have included all types with special emphasis on high-end corporate interiors with projects ranging from 2,000 S.F. to over 100,000 S.F.

Michael brings to EDA a superior ability to create excellent client rapport and relationships built on trust and confidence. He knows how to manage a project and all it’s varied components with grace and style. His projects are on time, on budget and meet all the clients’ goals and objectives of design and function.

In January of 2006, Michael was made a partner of the firm. His organizational and management talents have made Michael an indispensable member of the EDA team. Michael received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America. His career has included the van Summern Group, Lancaster Associates, D’Amato Construction Company and Construction Services of Bristol.


JAMES W. SMITH, RA
Vice President
Jim brings to EDA an extensive knowledge of corporate interiors and tenant representation. His experience includes all phases of a project from programming, space planning and design, to construction documents and administration. His past projects have included all types of projects ranging from 2,000 S.F. to over 200,000 S.F. His client’s have included retail stores, showrooms, corporate offices, law firms and municipalities.

Jim brings to EDA over thirty years experience in architecture and interior design. Jim received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with honors and on the Dean’s List. Jim is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and a member of NCARB. His career has included Lothrop Associates Architects, A.R. Bacon Architecture P.C., Intratec Design Group, The New York Design Group, Fletcher Thompson and International Environmental Dynamics.


ELIZABETH GENOVA, IIDA
Vice President
Beth brings to EDA over seventeen years experience and skills in all aspects of design and project management, including overall project development and execution, senior level client interaction, team management, design development, documentation and construction administration. Through Beth’s varied experiences within the industry, she has gained a strong base of knowledge and a keen understanding of a project’s overall requirements. With her calm and confident approach, Beth’s clients immediately feel a sense of confidence and assurance in her abilities.

Beth is a graduate of Albertus Magnus College, where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors. She continued her studies at Paier College of Art and Parsons School of Design. Her career has included CPG Architects, Perkins Eastman Architects, Project Planning Group, the van Summern Group and SMS Architects. Beth is currently working towards her LEED Accreditation.


RODGER E. MORRIS, AIA, LEED AP
Associate
Rodger brings to EDA over twelve years experience and skills in all aspects of project management, including overall project development and execution, senior level client interaction, team management, design, documentation and construction administration. Through Rodger’s vast experiences, he is adept in all aspects of commercial interior construction.

Rodger is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology where he received his Bachelor of Architecture and S.U.N.Y. Delhi College of Technology where he received his A.A.S. in Architectural Technologies. Rodger has worked previously for INARCH, CPG Architects, Hoffman Architects, A.R. Bacon Architecture and Vassalotti Associate Architects. Rodger is a LEED Accredited Professional.


PIERRE-CHRISTIAN D. FRYE
Associate
Christian brings to EDA over eighteen years of experience in the architectural field. Through his varied work experiences within the United States and abroad, Christian brings a unique and highly qualified perspective to our projects. He has worked for some of the area's most recognized architectural firms as Project Architect, Project Manager and Designer. His project experience includes new office construction, renovations to existing offices, and corporate branding. He continually demonstrates his exceptional abilities and knowledge throughout the architectural & design process. Christian’s current and former clients include: New York Life, The Jordan Company, Qwest Communications, International Center of Photography (NYC), Gap, Goldman Sachs, SAC Capital and UBS Warburg.

Christian received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona, graduating with honors. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Taiwan, Japan and Australia. He has worked for several of the New York City area's leading firms including: Perkins Eastman Architects, Gensler and Roger Ferris + Partners.


LESLEY ROSE MAY
Associate
As a second generation architect, Lesley brings to EDA an extensive knowledge of design, space planning and project management. With over ten years experience and skills in all aspects of project management, including overall project development and execution, team management, design, documentation and construction administration, Lesley is a true asset to the EDA team.

Lesley received her Masters of Architecture from Syracuse University Graduate School of Architecture and her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College. She has worked for several of the areas leading firms including CPG Architects, Swanke Haden Connell Architects and was one of the founding partners of JL Design Associates.


LISA YETT, IIDA
Designer/Project Manager
Lisa brings to EDA a vast knowledge of design, space planning and project management. She has managed all phases of a project from conception through design and construction. She has a unique balance of design talents and excellent management skills. Through her years of experience and education, Lisa has learned how to assess and understand a client’s needs quickly, responding with a design that is not only elegant and innovative, but functional and cost effective.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Miami University and has worked for one of the areas leading design firms. Lisa is currently working towards her LEED Accreditation.
