Jim brings to EDA an extensive knowledge of corporate interiors and tenant representation. His experience includes all phases of a project from programming, space planning and design, to construction documents and administration. His past projects have included all types of projects ranging from 2,000 S.F. to over 200,000 S.F. His clients have included retail stores, showrooms, corporate offices, law firms and municipalities.

Jim brings to EDA a calm, rational and knowledgeable approach to a project. Immediately clients see his experience and feel complete confidence in his abilities. He knows how to manage a project and all its varied components with confidence and ease. His projects are on time, on budget, and meet all the clients' goals and objectives of design, function, and most importantly budget and schedule.

Jim brings to EDA over thirty years experience in architecture and interior design. He believes strongly in the team concept that EDA reveres and will assure that all our client's needs and requirements are addressed. Jim understands the complexities of our client's requirements as well as the importance of the budget and schedule. Some of his past clients have included Eastridge Properties, Nine West Shoes, Health Source, General Motors, Kraft Foods, and Brinks International.

Jim received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with honors and on the Dean's List. Jim is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and a member of NCARB. His career has included Lothrop Associates Architects, A.R. Bacon Architecture P.C., Intratec Design Group, The New York Design Group, Fletcher Thompson and International Environmental Dynamics.
